Best EOR
provider in Brazil: test the claims
The best EOR provider in Brazil for your hire is the one that can show its working on three Brazilian tests: an eSocial admission event (S-2200) sent before the first day, a cost quote that includes the 13º salário and the one-third holiday bonus, and monthly FGTS deposits made on time through FGTS Digital. EOR Brazil employs your hire as employer of record under the CLT, and we walk you through each step before you sign.

Which CLT employer tasks do we handle for you?
The CLT and tax duties below sit with us as employer, and our Brazil team manages them for you.
- Recording the hire in the digital CTPS within 5 business days, through eSocial event S-2200
- Paying net salary no later than the 5th business day after the month worked (CLT article 459)
- Withholding IRRF on the 2026 table, with the Lei 15.270 reduction
- Deducting employee INSS at 7.5% to 14%, capped at R$ 988,09 a month in 2026
- Depositing FGTS at 8% of pay through FGTS Digital by the 20th
- Paying employer INSS, RAT and terceiros on the DARF that DCTFWeb generates
- Paying the 13º salário and 30 days’ férias plus one-third
- Working out aviso prévio and the 40% FGTS fine when a job ends

A person, not a ticket queue.
You get one named account contact for every hire in Brazil. When a férias payment looks wrong or a convenção coletiva sets a new piso mid-year, you write to that person, who replies with the cause, the fix and who in payroll is handling it.
Eight questions to put to any Brazil provider
Take these into a sales call. A provider that runs Brazilian payroll can answer each one.
Who files in eSocial?
Which company sends the S-2200 admission and the monthly S-1200 events, and who corrects an event that is rejected?
How is IRRF worked?
Can you show how the 2026 IRRF table and the Lei 15.270 reduction apply to my salary, and how the 13º salário is taxed apart from a normal month?
Who carries the risk?
If a court finds a vínculo empregatício with my company, which party does your contract make liable for the cost?
Where do files sit?
Who can see my employees’ CPF numbers, payslips and medical certificates, and where are those files kept and for how long?
Which CCT applies?
Which convenção coletiva will cover my hire, what piso salarial and meal-voucher terms does it set, and when is its data-base for the yearly raise?
How long before day one?
What must happen before the start date, including the signed contract and the S-2200 event, and how many days will it take?
Is the 13º in it?
Does your cost quote include the 13º salário, the one-third holiday bonus and about 35.8% of employer charges, or twelve salaries only?
What records reach me?
Will I receive each month’s payslips, the DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital receipts and the signed contract, and in which language?
