EOR Brazil pricing for CLT employees
Three things decide what a CLT hire in Brazil costs you: the employer charges on pay, about 35.8% in our São Paulo example for 2026; our fee from USD 560 for each employee monthly; and a one-off set-up fee, charged at the start in most cases and stated in writing. Salary and charges pass through at the amount paid.
What the fee pays for

- Monthly payroll, IRRF withholding and payslips
