Tell us about the person you want to hire in Brazil

Brazilian employment questions rarely have a stock answer. The convenção coletiva (sector collective agreement) for the role can add a meal voucher and a pay floor. A São Paulo hire on R$ 15.000,00 a month costs about R$ 271.600,00 a year once the 13º salário, the 1/3 de férias and employer charges are counted. A PJ contract carries its own risk while STF Tema 1389 is pending.

Why employers outside Brazil hand us their CLT hires

No LTDA or CNPJ is needed on your side. We act as legal employer, putting our name to the CLT contract and the eSocial filings, while you keep recruiting and setting goals with the hire.

Built for small teams

Many clients start with one engineer or one sales lead in Brazil and add people later. Each hire is priced the same way, so a second or fifth employee does not change the terms agreed for the first.

Flat monthly fee at any salary

We charge from USD 560 a month per employee, roughly R$ 2.901,24 at the ECB rate of 24 September 2026, and that figure does not move. Salary, the employer share of INSS, RAT, terceiros and FGTS, the 13º salário and the 1/3 de férias are billed apart from the fee and itemised, so each figure can be checked against the payslip.

Brazil’s moving parts

Brazilian payroll runs through eSocial, which feeds DCTFWeb for social security contributions and FGTS Digital for the 8% FGTS deposit, each settled by day 20 of the next month. Salaries are due by the 5th business day. Around that sit the sector CCT, vale-transporte when the employee asks for it, the 90-day contrato de experiência and, after a dismissal without cause, aviso prévio plus a 40% FGTS fine.

Questions we get

Can a São Paulo hire work from home under teletrabalho rules? Which CCT covers a software developer? How much notice does someone with four years’ service get? (42 days.) What changes for paternity leave in 2027? We answer in writing, with the rule and the year.

A specialist who stays on

Your questions go to the specialist who set up the hire, so you do not re-explain the role, the salary history or the CCT each time a payroll or leave issue comes up.

Fitted to the employee

A foreign national needs a residence authorisation for work under Resolução Normativa CNIg nº 2/2017 before starting. Dependants change the IRRF due, and Lei 15.270/2025 removes IRRF in 2026 for anyone with taxable pay at or below R$ 5.000,00 monthly. We set each hire up around facts like these.

How a typical month runs with us

  • A cost sheet for the hire before any contract is signed
  • A written CLT contract in the employee’s language, agreed with you
  • Monthly payroll, eSocial events and contribution payments
  • One invoice in USD each month

An HR team you do not have to hire

Specific answers for your Brazilian team

Any generic HR platform will mention Brazil’s 13th salary. It will not tell you whether your developer’s CCT requires a meal voucher, or what a dismissal after three years would cost. Those answers depend on the role, the sector and the dates involved.

Your employee deals with our payroll team for payslips, leave and férias dates; you deal with one account contact for costs, changes and exits.

  • Leave, sick notes and férias scheduling
  • Salary changes, CCT raises and termination figures
